# How to Update a Manufacturing Order Status

Note: You cannot update the order status for orders with the status "Delivered."

### Steps

1. **Click on "Inventory" from the side menu and click on "Manufacturing Orders". This will take you to the Manufacturing Orders page.**
2. Click on the three horizontal dots at the end of the specific order you want to update the order status. This will show a dropdown.
3. Click on "View" from the dropdown. This will take you to the Manufacturing Order Details page.
4. Scroll to the order status section and click on "Update Order Status." This will show the Update Order Status form.
5. Fill the form with the new order status and a note (optional).
6. Click on "Update Order" to save the order status.
