💡How to Record Damaged or Lost Products

This tutorial explains how to record damaged or lost products.

Steps:

  1. Click on "Inventory" from the side menu and click on "Damages & Loss". This will take you to the Damages & Loss page.

  2. Click on the "Record Damage / Loss" button at the top right corner. This will take you to the Record Damages & Loss form.

  3. Fill out the form:

    • Source Type: Select source type as Inventory.

    • Issue Date: Add the issue Date and Time.

    • Material Name: Enter material name.

    • Quantity: Enter the quantity.

    • Loss type: Select loss type.

  4. Click on Submit to record the products as damaged. This will reduce the stock of the product in the inventory.
