💡How to Filter Orders

Learn how to use filters to easily find and manage orders.

Steps

  1. Click on "Sales & Orders" from the side menu and click on "Orders". This will take you to the Orders page.

  2. Click on the search icon at the top of the Orders table to show the filter form.

  3. Use the filter form to filter the orders by:

    • Customer name or customer ID

    • Customer phone number

    • Order Number (e.g., sale number)

    • Order Source (e.g., storefront, business)

    • Order status (e.g., Ready for Pickup, In Transit, Delivered, On Hold, Processing, Pending Payment, Outstanding)

    • Date range (last update date from and to date)

  4. Click on "Apply Filter" to view the results.
