# How to Filter Damages & Loss

Learn how to filter the damages and loss records to find specific items based on various criteria.

### Steps

1. **Click on "Inventory" from the side menu and click on "Damages & Loss". This will take you to the Damages & Loss page.**
2. Click on the search icon at the top of the damages and loss table to show the filter form.
3. Use the filter form to filter damages and losses by item name, source type (inventory or raw materials), type (damaged or lost), and date range.
4. Click on "Apply Filter" to view the results.
